Pipina’s Barrel-Aged Red Wine Vinegar, named in honor of Cristina Hudson’s mother, is bright and flavorful with beautiful notes of cherries and layered depth. It begins with their beautifully crafted red wines, which are barrel-aged for a minimum of two years to allow the flavors to develop, mellow, and mature. The vinegar is then naturally transformed using the traditional Orleans method in neutral oak.
